Football Profit Update

The opening day of any football season can often be cruel to punters, but this year’s was downright nasty.

If a relegation candidate wasn’t winning 5-0 then teams tipped to cover handicaps were missing penalties while fixtures advised to draw were producing converted spot kicks in the dying minutes – but as is football.

Perhaps it was all payback for Cardiff – tipped to win at 5/6 – stealing us some profit on Friday with a 92nd minute winner against Huddersfield.

It was not all doom and gloom, however, there were flashes of profit throughout the weekend.

Fulham beat Norwich 5-0 to fulfil our tip of a home victory, and Carlos Tevez continued his impressive return to form by opening the scoring at the Ethiad Stadium yesterday to give us a solid six points of profit from his 3/1 first scorer odds.

Despite a stuttering treble on Saturday our lower league form has been impressive and from League One and Two tips alone we are showing a healthy 12 points of profit.

And with a full lower league fixture list tomorrow that total should be even more impressive come the weekend.
