League Two’s Bradford were on the receiving end of a footballing injustice when losing 1-0 to Port Vale on Saturday. The Bantams dominated the match and could have had a lead of four or five goals within the opening 30 minutes – and they should have led after just seconds.

However, a mix of great saves, goal-line clearances and suspect finishing allowed the Valiants an unlikely three points, with Tom Pope netting his ninth goal of the season with their first meaningful attack.

In the Championship Blackpool look too large at 2/1 to beat Hull on Humberside, likewise Leeds are good value at 13/5 to make it three wins in a week when they travel to Bolton.
