A real relegation six pointer as Bolton Wanderers host fellow strugglers Blackburn Rovers.

This is sure to be an extremely emotional game being Bolton’s first fixture since the tragic FA Cup tie at Tottenham last weekend. It’s difficult to know how this will affect Bolton during this game, and during the rest of the season for that matter, but it is probably best we just stick to looking at their current form.

Owen Coyle’s men managed to haul themselves out of the bottom three with victory over QPR in their most recent Premier League match and will look to build on that here in front of their home fans.

It’s sure to be a fantastic atmosphere at the Reebok and this will be a massive positive at a difficult time for the home side. Blackburn have also lifted themselves out of the relegation zone and now sit a few points clear of today’s rivals.

Wins over two relegation rivals in the shape of QPR and Wolves have been all important for Rovers but it might be tough for them coming here in the current climate.
