The Richard Hannon-trainee boasts enviable breeding having been sired by five-time Group 1 winner Duke of Marmalade.

She is likely to contest the prize money with fellow first-timer Just One Kiss, who has the aid of Sir Henry Cecil and Tom Queally to count in her favour.

Sired by the premier European miler Cape Cross, whose offspring, including Sea the Stars, have gone on to win no less than 21 Group 1 victories, Just One Kiss has impeccable pedigree and gets the vote at 6/1.

Great Timing, who goes off under Franki Dettori, heads the betting for this race. The Godolphin filly impressed on her debut at Goodwood when finishing fourth behind Liber Nauticus, despite veering horribly wide out of the stalls.

She raced green that day, going out too fast and was caught in the final yards by a late finishing pack. If Frankie can get her settled early on then she may well live up to her name but is not worth the gamble at 7/2.

14.10 6f Fillies’ Auction

Mick Channon’s Graphic Guest is the 11/8 favourite to take this class 2 race. Her small odds are likely due to her impressive showing last time out when third to Winning Express. That trip was her first over 6f, with two victories to her name at 5f.

It’s hard to justify backing Graphic Guest at those odds so instead look at Fantacise, who goes off under Frankie Dettori.

Brian Meehan’s filly has a win to her name at Pontefract this summer, albeit in very wet conditions, and gave a very good account in her last showing despite finishing back in the field behind Certify.

Certify oozed class at Doncaster last week and for 6f Fantacise matched the Godolphin horse over this very course so Detorri is tipped to open his account for the day at odds of 5/1.

Asgardella looks a large price at 10/1 and is advised each way. She has never run this distance before, preferring 7f, but her second place last time out at York showed promise.
