Brazil London 2012 Olympic Gold Medal Odds Cut

Brazil cruised past Team GB 2-0 last night to fulfil two of our three tips and also give us a VIP Gamble of the Day win, to the tune of £4,200 profit from a £1k stake.

Stuart Pearce’s team did not enlighten themselves to many against the South Americans, especially not the bookies, with Team GB pushed out to 11/1 from 8s to win Gold at London 2012.

It could be 500/1 it is still not worth a punt.

The same can not be said for Brazil who looked quite literally a class above Ryan Giggs and co. and they’re gold medal odds have been cut from 6/4 to 7/4.

With GB promising little Uruguay are now 10/11 favourites to win Group A and that looks decent value considering the 2010 World Cup semi-finalists are brining Edinson Cavani and Luis Suarez to the party.

GB were the bookies’ choice to top the group but are now 5/4 second favourites.
