Andy Murray beat Novak Djokovic on Monday to win the US Open, his first ever grand slam – and in doing so gave The VIP Gambler yet more tennis betting success.

We tipped Murray to win at Flushing Meadows at an ante-post price of 5/1, but the Scot was also advised at 2/1 yesterday – and to add the cherry to the profit cake we also predicted a five-set victory for the world number four at a great price of 13/2.
